How does the price match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price on an identical item online (same color, style, and size), let us know and we will match the lower price PLUS give you an additional 10% off the lower price.
What do I need to do to receive the price match?
When you see an item at a lower price online, just call customer service at 1-844-265-5233 and they will take care of the rest. Be sure to have the item number and website URL where the lower price can be verified. Once the lower price has been verified, they will make the pricing adjustment necessary and place your order. It’s just that easy!
Are there any exclusions to the price match guarantee?
All items on the Grey’s Anatomy Scrubs website are eligible for price matching except gift cards. We do not price match retail locations, resale websites like E-bay and Amazon.com. We do not price match clearance, closeout, or liquidation items. Not valid on any prior purchase. Valid on online offers only.
Are tax, shipping, and handling charges included in the price match guarantee?
No, the price guarantee applies to the item’s retail price or advertised sale price only. Tax, shipping, and handling fees are not included.
Does price match work if I use a coupon from another retailer?
Yes, our price matching does work even if the lower price comes from a current coupon offer. The item must not be excluded from the coupon to receive the lower price.
